communication via whatsapp was quite efficient. the location proved advantageous.. the hotel sat reasonably close to the city center. the double room offered ample space and a bathroom kept very clean. i found the immediate neighborhood safe and cute.
i noticed the picture online did not accurately portray the room's actual size.

the location was near the hospital, convenient.
The entry procedure was quite confusing. I had difficulty getting in, and the owner was unreachable by phone, as i had to rely on another lodger to assist me.

I stayed in the double room. It was pristine. the bathroom was very clean too. the street not sketchy at all. it's a location with friendly neighbors, which i liked.
The lack of numbers on the doors led to some confusion initially. I have eyesight issues. it took a while to sort everything out.

it's fairly easy to get to the city centre from here. grand central is about a 15 minute walk away, going through the hospital grounds. the street felt secure. nature lovers will appreciate the black mountain view.

I found the room size quite generous. The bed was WARM with a lovely duvet. Everything felt clean, like SUPER clean.
The hotel description mentioned each room with both a bath and a shower. there was only one shared bathroom. THAT'S a notable discrepancy.
